Update

jan 28th 2007
Hello Dear John Graber,
just a update note for Max C-IDCV , i upgraded to
a rotax 447,as much as the 277 ran very good, this 447 is a rocket, powerfin
prop :-),loaded with ballistic,complet enclosed canopy,all instruments,the
engine performs very well, will be installing the 2 wing tanks, removing
the nose tank to make room for the electric starter,
i love to fly your plane as much as the 1st day
,what i enjoy with this line of minimax's , you can turn your
plane into a convertable by removing enclosed canopy ,to just
adding windscreen , remove turtledeck, do all or most of the work
and maintenance yourself, fly year round at a affordable cost.
Dear John, thanks again for keeping the dream alive .....
i added a few pictures for the builders gallery , please add them for the viewers. it
was a very very cold day ,the snow came 4 weeks late ,so it was
the day to put the skis on , enjoy the pictures as much as we
enjoyed making them ,oh there's a picture of our airfield, also
thanks to Mark for keeping up the builders gallerie...:-) Rick

Dear,
John Graber at JDT MINIMAX here a few pic's of my completed aircraft
with the enclosed canopy that is removable for the summer time,
you may use any picture for your builder's gallery,
C-IDCV are my markings
my plane was built by a Mr. Gerhard Roeder .. He purchased kit
# 338 in Tennesee . He stopped at the MiniMax plant coming back
home ,here in Canada yeah , ha ha , from a Florida trip with his
most lovely and adorable wife, thanks to her , Gerhard got involved
with airplanes many years ago, when he met his wife. His wife's
family are pilots in Germany , so it was and still is today a
way of life for them . Very nice people . This is one of a few
planes built by Gerhard. I'm very happy to say that i am the proud
owner and pilot of this beautiful machine ,
When i purchased the plane they was no engine and the cockpit
had do be done and a bunch of other goodies had to be done, With
the help of John Graber at JDT minimax ,answering my calls ,he
was there to help me and with many many many hours and sometimes
sleepless nights......:-)....i was able to finish up the plane
before the snow came. John supplied me with parts and all the
good knowledge i needed to know , very friendly person to deal
with .
I thank him very much to make my dream come true...
