I have been flying my plane now for 4 years. Most of the time on floats, and with a 447. The max makes a great floatplane, off the water in 6 seconds in flat calm. I am on wheels now and have faired struts and axle and get gps verified cruise of 80mph at 5600rpm. You can see video clips of plane on floats at ultralightfloats.com
